Players are losing faith and loyalty in CCP due previous expansions not living up to player expectations. If all you are going to build is jump freighters, carriers and dreads, lvl 1 is all you need. At lvl 4 you can build super carriers and at lvl 5 you can build titans. You need higher levels of it to build bigger capital ships. Is there any point in training the "Capital Ship Construction" skill beyond level 1? The skill description is not very helpful.
